Equipment of laboratory of basic and applied superconductivity, electronic properties of metals


Compact magnetic system (5.9 kOe/kg), consisting of four-section solenoid with magnetic flux concentrator of dysprosium.
In the inner gap of 20 mm is created a magnetic field up to 200 kOe at T = 4.2 K. A system for measurement of critical parameters of superconducting materials, electrical-physical and magnetic measurements.

polycrystalline dysprosium
The flux concentrator from textured polycrystalline dysprosium. Saturation induction value Вн=7.6Т. is a record for the known magnetic concentrators.

The precision permeameter for measurments of the magnetization curves for soft ferromagnetic and superconducting materials. The field measurable range are:
20 kOe at 4.2K;
3 kOe at 77K;
1 kOe at 300K.

Flux concentrator

Installation for electric and magnetic investigations of different materials at magnetic fields until 5.5 T and in interval of 4.2-300 K.
Active volume: ∅ 50 mm, length 120 mm.

Installation for investigations of magnetic fields influence on electrophysical and mechanical properties of different materials.
Parameters:
variable magnetic fields up to 1.5 kOe; temperature interval 77...1200 K; vacuum 6∙10-6 Torr.
