      Production areas are equipped with the system of special ventilation and the sewers for working with beryllium There is the deformation, thermal, scientific-researching laboratory equipment for optimization of elements of technology and study of structure and characteristics of materials:

-            - installation for vacuum distillation and induction melting of beryllium;

         - vacuum-arc set for production of alloys;

 



    

   - installation for high-temperature annealing;

   - installation for element analysis of metals (VIMS, EMAL);

  - equipment for analysis of oxygen and nitrogen content in metals of firm LECO;

          - equipment for analysis of oxygen and nitrogen content in metals of firm LECO;

     - equipment for deposition of polyren coatings;

      - rolling mills for production of sheets and foils;

           - drawbench for production of wire;

           - hydraulic press;

           - equipment for vacuum thermal treatment;

           - hydrostat;

 

      - gaseoustat;

      - furnaces for thermal treatment and degassing of metals;

                  - electro-erosion machines;

      -  electron and metallographic microscopes, high-precision balances;

      -  laser complex “ALTLASER UNIVERSAL” for precision cutting of

         metallic foil and application of  marking images on metallic articles.
