Proposals of the department:

CVD methods of coating deposition and making complex-shape products by the reduction of metal-containing compounds:

  • Coating deposition from W, Mo, Ta, Si, Re and alloys WRe, WTа, MoRe by the reduction of fluorides and chlorides of metals;
  • Coating deposition from carbides, borides, nitrides, oxides, silicides of W, Mo, V, Zr, Nb, Al, B, Si by the reduction of fluorides and chlorides of metals;
  • Deposition of chromium-carbide coatings from the metal-organic compound “BARKHOS”;
  • Making products from W, Mo, WRe, WTa, MoRe, carbides, borides, nitrides, oxides, silicides.
