Our laboratory proposes:

  • Research of refractory conducting materials by field ion microscopy method;
  • Complex technique of field ion and electron emission analysis of interfaces;
  • The analysis of interface of the high--dispersed and nano-structured materials at atomic level;
  • Field ion-microscopy analysis of radiation damage refractory metals;
  • The analysis of grain structure in nano-crystalline materials;
  • Determination of strength characteristics of nano-objects;
  • Manufacturing of probes for scanning devices and for nanolithography;
  • Manufacturing of the ion and electron sources with the localized emission;
  • Creating an atom-smooth surface of the medical surgical tool by using field processing;
  • Getting multi-emitter systems with homogeneous emission.
