Education and scientific activity

Graduated from the Kharkov Aviation Institute by speciality "Electrorocket Engines and Power Unites of Spacecrafts". My M.Sc. thesis was devoted to the mathematical modelling of physical phenomena in the Solid Body Pulse Accelerators. Being a postgraduate student by speciality "Mathematical Modelling and Computing Methods", was interested in the MagLev problems. The Maple V (a comprehensive computer system for advanced mathematics) became another focus of interest that helped to solve some new tasks in the Static Stable Equilibrium of Magnetic Bodies. The major result of this study was a proof of the hypothesis put forward by V.V.Kozorez (1975) about the Magnetic Potential Well.

Experience and practical skills

Stanislav has the practical skills in elaborating and programming of mathematical models of the magnetic and electrodynamic phenomena and programming on the languages: Fortran, Pascal, C/C ++, and also programming on the languages of mathematical systems like Maple V and MatLab. He was engaged in teaching in Kharkov Aviation Institute, and took part in designing and creating of Spacecrafts Faculty LAN (which is servered by NetWare, Windows NT and Linux), in preparing the course of lectures in Integrated Computing Technologies of Designing Spacecrafts Engines. Thus the hobby in Computing System Administrating has become the second speciality. Now he is engaged in Linux Cluster Computations in the field of High-Energy Physics at the Kharkov Institute of Physics and Technology.
