ACTIVATED
DIFFUSION SATURATION IN VACUUM

We developed the technologies for depositing of vacuum activated diffusion coatings on the following functional directions:

protection of turbine blades and not cooled chambers of combustion from refractory metals for engines of small draft of space-rocket technics. The industrially mastered development provides resistance of articles in products of combustion of fuel at temperature up to 1600oC. The new development allows to lift maximal temperature of operation of combustion chambers up to 2000oC.
protection of products from carbon - carbon materials. The developed coatings provide corrosion resistance on the air in static conditions 1700oC. The coating heat resisting up to 2000oC - in a stage of development.
creation of heaters for high-temperature atmospheric furnaces (with temperature of operation up to 1900...2000oC), which basis is the Mo-W alloys with sheetings. The high resistance to the thermal swings in "on - off" operating; (more than 50 thermal swings) is the feature of such heaters. The technology is industrially mastered.
hardening of the cutting and processing tools from a hard alloy such as WC-Co used for cutting of hard-processed viscous steels and alloys.
protection of crucible, pipes and various kind of equipment from interaction with liquid metals (including, precious and aluminium). The development has passed approbation.
hardening of products from a hard alloy such as WC-Co, including constructional elements of various device used for manufacturing of artificial diamonds. The development is successfully mastered in industry.
wearresistance and anticorrosive coatings for various pairs friction, including for bearings of sliding and shaft made from cheap low-carbon steels; for pumpimpeller used at downloading of petroleum and gas. The development has passed trial tests.
anticorrosive coatings for protection of high-coercitive magnets such as Nd-Fe-B.
