The conference venue V.N Karazin Kharkov National University (for the period September,12-September,14). The conference sessions (both plenary and poster) will take place in the CONFERENCE HALL of the NORTH BUIDING (Svobody 6) situated just opposite to the Main building of the University through the square. Conference hall is on the ground flour, just in front of the entrance. Underground station "Derzhprom" is 30 meters away from the North building.

  The University is located in the central square of the city, has good transport links (undeground, bus).This allows easy access to the airport or train station.

  Fourth day of the conference ( September,15) will be hosted by National Science Center "Kharkov Institute of Physics and Technology" (Akademichna str. 1) . It can be reached from Derzhprom underground station by bus 296 to Pyatikhatki. Please leave the bus at bust stop "Institute" located in front of the multistory Administrative building of NSC KIPT. Travel time is approximately 30 min. Last day sessions and closing ceremony will take place in the Conference Hall of NSC KIPT. After that, Lab tour to the Institute of Plasma Physics would be organized for interested participants .
