Detectors are developed by ISSPMST of NSC KIPT and SCPE "Sensor" and are intended for direct transformation of nuclear radiation energy into electric signal under environment temperature.

Detectors are used in various portable dosimeter devices, which applied for

  • Nuclear power
    • fuel rod isotope composition analysis;
    • fuel rod seal control;
    • nuclear power plant dosimetry and monitoring;
  • Medicine: X-ray and positron computer tomography;
  • Ecology: environment monitoring;
  • Geology;
  • Scientific research: dosimetry and spectroscopy of ionizing radiation.
